1. Our Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital, non-tangible nature of our products and their immediate delivery upon purchase, all sales on evite.ink are final and non-refundable.
When you purchase a theme, you receive immediate access to the digital product and the service is considered fully rendered and consumed once your invitation is activated ("goes live"). By making a purchase on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund, except under the very limited circumstances outlined in Section 3 of this policy.
2. Scenarios Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued
To maintain clarity and fairness, we do not provide refunds or credits for any of the following reasons. This list is not exhaustive.
- Change of Mind: You have changed your mind after the purchase has been completed.
- Event Cancellation or Changes: Your wedding or event has been cancelled, postponed, or altered for any reason.
- Dissatisfaction with the Theme: You are not satisfied with the look, features, or functionality of the theme. We provide a live, fully functional preview for every theme, which allows you to experience the product exactly as your guests will see it. You are responsible for using the preview feature to ensure the theme meets your expectations before making a purchase.
- User Error: You made a typographical error, uploaded the wrong photo, or made other mistakes in the content of your invitation. Our editor allows you to correct these details at any time, even after the invitation is active.
- Failure to Read Product Description: You did not read the theme's capabilities and expected a feature that the theme does not support.
- Purchase of an Incorrect Theme: You accidentally purchased the wrong theme.
- Lack of Use: You did not end up sharing or using your purchased invitation.
3. Limited Exceptions for Refund Consideration
We hold ourselves to a high standard of technical excellence. In the rare event of a verifiable and critical system failure, we will consider a refund. A refund will only be considered under the following two conditions:
a) Critical Technical Failure: If a verifiable technical error, originating solely from the evite.ink platform, prevents you from either activating your invitation after a successful payment or sharing the active invitation URL with your guests. * Condition: Before a refund is considered, you must contact our support team and allow us a reasonable period (e.g., 48 business hours) to attempt to resolve the technical issue. If we cannot resolve the issue within this timeframe, a full refund may be issued.
b) Erroneous Duplicate Billing: If our system causes you to be accidentally charged multiple times for the exact same invitation purchase. * Condition: You must provide transaction proof of the duplicate charges.
No other circumstances will be considered for a refund.
4. The Refund Request Process
To be considered for a refund under the limited exceptions above, you must contact us within 7 (seven) calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Submit your request via our official Contact Us page.
- Your request must include:
- The email address associated with your evite.ink account.
- The Razorpay Transaction ID for the purchase(s) in question.
- A clear and detailed explanation of the technical failure or billing error, including screenshots or error messages where applicable.
Requests that do not contain this information will not be processed. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review each case and determine whether a refund is warranted based on the criteria in this policy.
5. Acknowledgment of Policy
